Shipping policy

MoodHaus (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the operator of https://www.getmoodhaus.co.za. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Costs
  • Orders of R800.00 and above qualify for FREE shipping.

  • Orders below R800.00 are charged a flat shipping fee of R89.

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout and are payable at the time of purchase.

2. Dispatch Time
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes
  • Domestic (South Africa): Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Estimated delivery is 4–22 business days, depending on destination and courier selected at checkout.

4. Tracking
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery progress.

5. Change of Delivery Address
  • Delivery addresses can be updated any time before dispatch.

  • Address changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been shipped.

6. P.O. Box & Special Address Deliveries
  • P.O. Box addresses are serviced via postal services only.

  • Courier delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

  • Military address delivery is only supported through postal services.

7. Out-of-Stock Items
  • If part of your order is out of stock, available items will be shipped immediately.

  • Remaining items will be dispatched once restocked, or a refund can be arranged upon request.

8. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
  • If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us for investigation.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us immediately. Where possible, reject visibly damaged parcels at delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier investigation is completed.

9. Duties & Taxes
  • Local sales tax (VAT) is included in displayed prices.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the customer.

  • Refused international deliveries due to unpaid duties will be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
