MoodHaus is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review the returns terms below carefully.

1. 30-Day Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customers must arrange and pay for their own return courier.

  • Once the return is received and approved:

    • Refunds are issued as store credit only.

    • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Warranty & Faulty Item Returns

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.

  • Approved warranty claims will have return shipping costs reimbursed.

  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Once approved, customers may choose:

    • A refund to the original payment method

    • Store credit

    • A replacement item (subject to availability)

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Orders already dispatched must follow the returns process outlined above.
