1. 30-Day Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Change of Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers must arrange and pay for their own return courier.

Once the return is received and approved:

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Warranty & Faulty Item Returns

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.

Approved warranty claims will have return shipping costs reimbursed.

Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Once approved, customers may choose:

4. Cancellations
